The objective of the ICT-WEB-PROMS project is to support the establishment of the European Research Area (ERA) in the Western Balkan Countries (WBC), and to turn organizations of this region into creators of ICT. The ICT-WEB-PROMS web site intends to provide relevant information which may be of assistance to actors from the WBC or to actors interested in cooperating with the WBC. The project endeavours to deliver a high level service for this purpose.
