ICT-WEB-PROMS publishes White Paper on eLearning in the WBC

The ICT-WEB-PROMS consortium has published a White Paper on "The Challenge of eLearning in the WBC". This document describes eLearning in the context of FP7, outlines the current status of eLearning in the Western Balkan countries and depicts a roadmap for the development of eLearning in the Western Balkan countries in the framework of FP7.
